📦 Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, torn, or has a manufacturing defect.
- Issues related to size, fit, or color will not be accepted, as all product details are clearly mentioned on the product page.
🎥 Proof Requirement
To process a return request:
- Customers must provide a proper unboxing video (starting from opening the package).
- Clear images showing the issue must also be shared.
⚠️ Requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.
⏱️ Return Request Timeframe
- Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

- Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the return process.
- You will be guided on how to send the product back or arrange a pickup (if applicable).
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and successfully inspected.
- The refund amount will be credited via:
