Refund and Returns Policy

📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, torn, or has a manufacturing defect.
  • Issues related to size, fit, or color will not be accepted, as all product details are clearly mentioned on the product page.

🎥 Proof Requirement

To process a return request:

  • Customers must provide a proper unboxing video (starting from opening the package).
  • Clear images showing the issue must also be shared.

⚠️ Requests without an unboxing video will not be considered.


⏱️ Return Request Timeframe

  • Customers must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

🔄 Return Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will initiate the return process.
  • You will be guided on how to send the product back or arrange a pickup (if applicable).

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and successfully inspected.
  • The refund amount will be credited via:
    • Original payment method
      OR
    • Store credit (as applicable)

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges will be reimbursed for approved cases.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original condition with tags intact.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days after approval.
